Life can be full of disappointments, anxiety, stress, worry, ups and downs, but what remains true to them all is, you can make it with the right mindset. One of the things that I have learned about life, is that it takes a person of endurance to finish strong.
I am reminded of a little old lady, who needed to go to the store, but did not have a ride. She stood 4 feet tall with hardly any strength at all. She was asked the question from within how will we make this long journey to the store when you are weak and tired. Her response was “King Jesus” is strong, He will carry me along the way. As she journeys along her way she notices a man standing tall, she looked up at him in amazement as he went to sit on a bench. Her amazement was not at his height, nor his long black hair, but at his inability to complete his short journey due to growing weary. You see he only had been walking for a mile before his long legs gave away to a seat on the bench. The old lady reaches up to his ear while he was sitting and said…. “Whatever you do, work at it wholeheartedly as though you were doing it for the Lord. Keep pressing toward the goal for the store it is only a couple more blocks away. Put your best effort into what you are doing and before you know it you will have completed the task. #StrongFinish
As we gear up to start our New Year 2018 with vigor, zeal and great expectation, let us complete the tasks that has been set before us in 2017 with a #StrongFinish mindset. Pursue a #StrongFinish in our family, churches, communities, connections and in our relationships. God has placed inside you the power to endure to the end and the strength to overcome every circumstance. Shake yourself off, inhale a cleansing breathe, and receive the fresh oil to finish your race with a commitment to excellence and the abundance of love. #StrongFinish
Like the old lady tap into the Spirit within you to invigorate your thoughts, attitude and confessions. Life is full of race starters, but VICTORY is given to those who ENDURE to the end. God desire for you to have a #StrongFinish; He has placed the seeds of potential, determination, faith, and power on the inside of you to enjoy the thrills of success. #StrongFinish
